Tubular shape pasta about 3-inch long and 2/3 inches wide served on 8-inch square aluminum tray.
Made the "Traditional Way" as the Emilia-Romagna region, stuffed with Beef Ragout and covered with Bechamel & fresh tomato sauce.

Serving temperature: baked warm to hot.

Bake at 350F for 20 - 25 minutes
